Recipe
Ingredients:
4 oz (125g) self-raising flour
4 oz (125g) caster sugar
4 oz (125g) margarine
2 eggs
1. Beat the margarine and the sugar to a cream
2. Stir in the flower and beaten egg (alternate) a little at a time. The mixture should be soft.
3. Fill well greased tins and bake in a moderately hot oven (375o F or 190o C or gas mark 5) for about 20-25 minutes until firm to the touch in the centre.
4.When cool use your imagination and decorate to this year's theme.
